Back to How We Work

Our Design
Approach

We design for conversions, not awards. Every visual decision — from the color of a CTA button to the pacing of a video edit — is made with your business goals in mind. Beautiful design that does not drive results is decoration. We build design that works.

Our Design Approach

Design Philosophy

Our design philosophy is built on three principles that guide every project we take on — whether that is a full website build, a set of ad creatives, or a brand identity package.

Mobile-First

Over 65% of web traffic in India comes from mobile devices. We design for the smallest screen first, then scale up. Your site will look and function perfectly on every device, every time.

Conversion-Focused

Every layout choice serves a purpose. Visual hierarchy guides visitors toward your CTA. Trust signals are placed strategically. White space is used deliberately to reduce cognitive load and increase engagement.

Performance-Optimized

Beautiful design means nothing if the page takes 5 seconds to load. We optimize every image, lazy-load below-the-fold content, and use modern formats like WebP to ensure your site scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed.

Brand Identity Work

When we build or refresh your brand identity, we deliver a comprehensive package that gives your team everything they need to maintain visual consistency across all channels — without needing a designer for every update.

Logo Suite

Primary logo, secondary marks, favicon, and social profile versions — delivered in SVG, PNG, and PDF formats with clear usage guidelines.

Color Palette

Primary, secondary, and neutral color palettes with exact hex, RGB, and HSL values. Usage rules for backgrounds, text, and accent applications.

Typography System

Primary and secondary font families with specified weights, sizes, and line heights for headings, body text, and UI elements.

Brand Voice Guidelines

Documented tone of voice, messaging principles, and example copy to ensure consistency across website, ads, and social content.

Asset Library

Icon set, illustration style, photography direction, and graphic pattern library — all formatted for immediate use across web and print.

Brand Guidelines Document

A comprehensive PDF that packages everything above into a single reference document your team can share with vendors, partners, and new hires.

Web Design Standards

Every website we design follows a set of non-negotiable quality standards. These are not aspirational guidelines — they are enforced on every project before delivery.

01

Responsive Across All Breakpoints

We test designs at mobile (375px), tablet (768px), laptop (1024px), and desktop (1440px+) breakpoints. No layout breaks, no horizontal scrolling, no hidden elements.

02

WCAG 2.1 Accessibility

Minimum 4.5:1 color contrast ratios for body text, keyboard navigation support, properly labeled form inputs, and alt text on all images. Your site should be usable by everyone.

03

Visual Hierarchy and CTA Clarity

Every page has a clear primary action. Visual hierarchy is structured to guide the user from headline to supporting content to conversion point using size, color, and spacing.

04

Consistent Component System

We design with reusable components — buttons, cards, forms, navigation — that maintain consistency across all pages and make future updates simple for your team.

05

Image Optimization

All images are delivered in WebP format, properly sized for each breakpoint, and lazy-loaded below the fold. Hero images are preloaded for instant render.

Ad Creative Standards

Ad creative is the single biggest driver of paid media performance. We approach creative production with the same rigor we apply to web design — structured, data-informed, and designed for measurable results.

Review & Approval Process

We believe in structured feedback to protect both quality and timelines. Here is how the design review cycle works for every deliverable.

1

First Draft Delivery

We present the initial design in Figma (for web and brand work) or as a rendered preview (for video and ad creative). We walk you through the rationale behind key decisions.

2

Consolidated Feedback Round

You provide feedback using Figma comments or a shared document. We ask that all stakeholder feedback is consolidated into a single round to avoid conflicting revisions. Typical turnaround: 3 to 5 business days.

3

Revised Delivery & Final Approval

We implement your feedback and present the updated version. Two revision rounds are included in every project scope. Additional rounds beyond this are billed at our standard hourly rate.

What counts as a revision? A revision is a change to the approved creative direction — such as changing the color scheme, swapping layout structures, or rewriting headline copy. Fixing a typo, adjusting spacing, or swapping an image is not a revision — those are minor tweaks and are always included.
