4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or milestones. We reserve the right to suspend services for late payments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traficxo Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
