Client
Onboarding
A transparent guide to how we move from signed agreement to measurable results. Our onboarding process is structured, repeatable, and designed to deliver your first quick wins within 2 weeks.

Welcome & Access Setup
Day 1–2
The moment you sign with Traficxo, we move fast. Within the first 48 hours, you are assigned a dedicated account manager who becomes your single point of contact for the entire engagement. We set up your communication channels and begin collecting the access credentials we need to start working immediately.
Dedicated Account Manager
You receive a named account manager who understands your business, responds within 4 hours during business hours, and coordinates all internal teams on your behalf.
Channel Setup
We create a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel for daily communication, set up a dedicated Google Drive folder for all project assets and deliverables, and send calendar invites for your recurring strategy calls.
Discovery & Audit
Day 3–7
Before we execute anything, we immerse ourselves in your business. This phase is about understanding your market position, auditing your current digital presence, and identifying the highest-impact opportunities. The specific audit scope depends on your engagement type.
Brand & Voice Questionnaire
We learn your brand tone, target audience personas, competitive landscape, and business goals through a structured intake form — not guesswork.
Technical Website Audit
For SEO and web development clients: full crawl analysis, Core Web Vitals assessment, indexing issues, and content gap identification.
Ad Account Audit
For PPC clients: campaign structure review, wasted spend analysis, conversion tracking verification, and audience targeting assessment.
Competitor Analysis
We identify your top 3-5 organic and paid competitors, analyze their strategies, and document the gaps and opportunities available to you.
Strategy & Roadmap
Week 2
Based on our audit findings, we deliver a tailored strategy document that serves as the single source of truth for your engagement. This document defines what we will do, when we will do it, and how we will measure success. You review and approve before execution begins.
- Keyword strategy and content cluster plan (for SEO engagements)
- Campaign architecture and budget allocation plan (for PPC engagements)
- Sitemap, wireframes, and design direction (for web development projects)
- Content calendar and production schedule (for creative and video engagements)
- Defined KPIs, success metrics, and realistic timeline expectations
- Monthly milestone breakdown so you always know what is coming next
Execution Begins
Week 2–3
Once you approve the strategy, we begin execution immediately. Our goal is to deliver your first tangible results — what we call a “quick win” — within the first 2 to 3 weeks. This could be your first set of on-page optimizations going live, your Google Ads campaign launching, or your first design mockups ready for review.
What “First Deliverables” Look Like
Ongoing Reporting & Optimization
Month 1 Onwards
After launch, we shift into a continuous optimization cycle. You receive regular performance reports, have scheduled strategy calls, and always have direct access to your account manager for questions or change requests. Our job is to keep improving your results month over month.
Monthly Reports
Detailed performance reports covering traffic, rankings, conversions, ad spend, and ROI — delivered by the 5th of each month.
Strategy Calls
Bi-weekly or weekly video calls (depending on your plan) to review progress, discuss findings, and align on the next sprint of work.
Quarterly Reviews
Every 90 days, we conduct a comprehensive strategy review to assess what is working, what needs adjustment, and where to invest next.
